MEDICINAL TEA  BENEFITS

HIBISCUS  TEA;

     First boil the water. Then   add bark and hibiscus  petals and let it boil for 20 minutes. Then strain it   and mix it with sugar    and the juice of a whole orange and drink hot or iced.  AAVARAM FLOWER TEA FOR BLOOD PRESSURE;

       Dry the avaram flower for 5 to 7 days and grind it into powder  and collect it in a vessel. Add avaram powder  and cinnamon in  one and a half tumblers of   water and  boils, strain it and take it in another vessel of honey or natucharkarai  and drink it. If  you drink  it regularly,  it  will prove  to  be  a cure  for  people with high  blood pressure.  

FLOWER TEA RECIPE;

    RECIPE;

Cover the pan and boil the water thoroughly for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then, switch off the stove and strain the boiling water into a cup. That's all coriander tea is ready. If you want you can drink it with native sugar.

Then strain the tea and take it in another    vessel. if you do this,  Drumstick  tea will be ready  which gives vitality  to the body.  It  contains three  times more iron  then normal spinach.  Tea is also made from moringa leaves. It is called 'moringa tea'. In oral infections by drinking this tea.  Four times more calcium than a glass of milk. Similarly, potassium in it is three times more than banana. Three times more iron than spinach. Proteins are twice as high as yogurt. Along with them the following nutrients are also abundant in Moringa leaves.

MINT  TEA 

Necessary materials
Milk - two tumblers
Water - two tumblers
Sugar - six teaspoons
Tea powder - two teaspoons
Mint - a handful

Recipe

Add milk, water and sugar and let it boil.

When it boils well, add tea powder and mint and boil it, then switch off the stove and cover it.
After two minutes filter and drink.
It is for headache dizziness.

  SPICED  TEA

      Necessary materials

Tea powder - three teaspoons
Ginger powder – two pinches or grated ginger – half teaspoon
Pepper - two pinches or pepper - one
Bark powder – two pinches or Bark – a small piece
Cloves - two pinches or cloves - one
Cardamom powder – two pinch or cardamom – one
Water - three and a half tumblers

    RECIPE  ;

          If powder is not available, grind pepper, bark, cloves and cardamom. Boil three and a half tumblers of water. Add tea powder to boiling water. Then add grated ginger (a) and let it boil. Now add all the other powders and let it boil for two minutes. Masala tea is ready. You can drink it with warm milk and sugar. If not, you can add sugar, pour a glass of milk and boil it, strain it and drink it. Dieters can drink without sugar and milk. Once you drink this tea, you will want to drink it all the time.
