RED VELVET  CHEESECAKE  RECIPE  ;

                   REQUIRED  THINGS ; 

For the cake mix:
Maida - 3/4 cup
Butter (unsalted) - half a cup
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
Powdered sugar - one cup
Egg - 2
Vinegar - one tablespoon
Cherry red color - one teaspoon
Vanilla essence - one teaspoon
Salt - quarter teaspoon
Butter paper
For the cream cheese mixture:
Philadelphia Cream Cheese - 8 oz (a) Half cup
Egg - one
Vanilla essence - one teaspoon
Powdered sugar - 3 1/2 tablespoon

      RECIPE  ;

                Take the butter, cream cheese and eggs out of the refrigerator half an hour before serving. Preheat it to 180 degrees. Keep other necessary items ready.  Add the butter and sugar to the bowl and beat well with an electric beater or a normal hand beater until it becomes creamy. Also, break the egg and pour it and mix it well until it foams. Then add cherry red color, vinegar, cocoa powder and salt and mix well. Add maida flour little by little to it and mix well. In another bowl, add all the ingredients for the cream cheese mixture and whisk until well combined. Lightly butter a baking dish, line with butter paper and lightly butter the top. Pour three-quarters of the cake mixture into it and level it, then pour the entire cream mixture over it and tap the tray lightly to spread it somewhat.  Spread the rest of the cake mixture over it. Gently draw wave-like curves on it with a knife. (It will be very beautiful to see). Then put it in the preheated pan and bake it for 28 to 30 minutes. Red Velvet Cheesecake is ready. Once cool, slice and serve. Everyone from kids to adults will find it delicious and crispy to eat.

JAPANESE CHEESECAKE RECIPE ;

                     REQUIRED  THINGS ;

Cream cheese - half a kilo
Egg - 5
Sugar - 3 cups
Milk - one cup
Maida flour – one cup
Unleavened curd - one cup
Vanilla essence - 2 tsp
To coat the cake pan:
Butter
Maida flour - 2 tbsp

     RECIPE ;

            Keep the necessary items ready. Preheat the oven. Add sugar to the cream cheese and beat with an electronic blender for 5 minutes. Add milk to it and beat it. When it becomes creamy, break the eggs and beat them.  Then add curd and beat on slow mode, add essence and beat. Sift the maida flour and add it.  Mix the mixture well with a spatula without any lumps. Butter a cake pan, sprinkle generously with maida flour and pour the cake mixture. Then pour a cup of water in the microwave plate and put the cake pan and bake at 180 degrees for one hour. Check with a toothpick to see if the cake is cooked, if not, bake for another 10 minutes.  Tasty Japanese Cheesecake is ready. It took me exactly one hour to make this cake. The time will vary depending on the oven you use.

  BUTTER CAKE RECIPE ;

                      REQUIRED  THINGS ; 

Maida flour - 500 gms
Butter/margarine - 500 gms
Sugar - 500 grams
Egg - 10
Milk - half a cup
Vanilla essence - 3 tsp
Baking powder - 2 1/2 tsp

     RECIPE  ;

                 Add baking powder to maida flour and sift three times. Take powdered sugar. Line a baking tray with oil paper and keep it ready. Beat butter and powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth with an egg beater. Break two eggs into the butter-sugar mixture and beat well. (Similarly beat the rest of the eggs by breaking them in two at a time). Add milk and vanilla essence and beat it. Then add sifted maida flour little by little to the butter egg mixture and mix gently with a wooden spoon. (Do not beat in the batter after adding maida flour).  Pour half of the batter mixture into the baking tray. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Prick with a toothpick and remove when it comes out sticky. Once cool, slice and serve. Soft & Tasty Butter Cake is ready.

   HEALTHY OATMEAL MUFFINS  RECIPE ;

                     REQUIRED  THINGS ;

Oats - three quarters of a cup
Wheat flour - quarter cup
Baking soda - half teaspoon
Baking powder - half teaspoon
Ripe banana - 2
Sugar – quarter cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Yogurt – quarter cup
Vanilla Extract – Half a teaspoon
Salt - a pinch
Milk Chocolate Chips/Walnuts – Few (optional)
      RECIPE  ;

                Keep the necessary items ready. Preheat it to 350 degrees. Prepare muffin trays with nonstick spray or liners.  Grind oats in a mixer, add wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and mix well. In another bowl mash the peeled banana with a fork or masher and add the oil, curd, vanilla extract and sugar and mix well until the sugar dissolves.  Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture and gently mix with a spatula. Very gentle folding is essential. Otherwise the muffins are likely to be a bit hard instead of soft. Add some chocolate chips/nuts if desired and fold in. (Or use chocolate chips as a garnish on top of the muffins).  Fill the prepared mixture into the muffin cups. Then place the muffin tray in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 28 minutes. (A few minutes more or less may vary depending on the user).  After the first 20 minutes of baking, check to make sure the muffins are cooked through by inserting a toothpick into them and it comes out clean. Otherwise, take another couple of minutes to pack and remove. Then take out the muffins and let them cool on a wire tray.  Delicious, easy-to-make healthy oatmeal banana muffins are ready. These quick-to-make muffins are perfect for a morning or evening snack. (If you take the ingredients according to the quantity mentioned in this, you will get 6 muffins).

   ECCLES  DATES  CAKE RECIPE ;

                       REQUIRED  THINGS ;

Maida - one cup
Sugar - one cup
Thickened coffee decoction - half a cup
Milk - one cup
Dates - 15
Baking powder - quarter teaspoon
Butter - 2 tbsp 

   RECIPE  ;

           Remove the nuts inside the dates and cut them into pieces. Place the pan in the oven and mix everything except maida and baking powder. Turn off the stove once the sugar has dissolved. Add maida flour and baking powder to it.  Mix this mixture well without lumps. Grease a pan with butter and sprinkle maida. Pour half of the mixture into it. Then put sand in an aluminum pan and heat it well for 25 minutes.  Once heated, place the pan with the flour mixture in it and cook on medium flame for 30-40 minutes. Leave the knife in and check for doneness. A delicious and easy Eccles Dates Cake with coffee aroma is ready. Keep it in the fridge and eat it cool. It will be very nice. This should be done in an aluminum vessel only. No egg is added to it so it doesn't get too runny.       

  RAVA  PISTACHIO  CAKE   RECIPE ; 

                        REQUIRED  THINGS ;

Maida flour -3/4 cup
White semolina-1 cup
Pistachio powder -1/4 cup
Sugar- 1 1/2 cups
Coconut milk-2 cups
Yogurt-3 Tablespoon
Ghee-1-teaspoon
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
Finely chopped pistachios - 1 tablespoon
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Baking powder-1 tsp
Baking soda-1/2 tsp 

      RECIPE ;

                 First fry the semolina with a teaspoon of ghee until fragrant. Add coconut milk and soak for 2 hours. Sift baking powder and baking soda into Maitama. Grind the sugar. First add oil, curd and soaked semolina and mix. Add sugar to it and mix. Add vanilla essence .  Then add Maitama little by little and mix without lumps. Sprinkle pistachio powder over it and mix. Grind a little Maitama in the ground pistachios and pour it into the mixture. Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes (until cooked through). Instead of pistachios, you can also add other nuts of your choice .

   KATURU  BOGIBA CAKE  RECIPE ; 

                  REQUIRED  THINGS ;

Maida - one cup
Dates - half a cup
Sugar - half a cup
Oil / butter - quarter cup
Baking powder - three quarter teaspoon
Baking soda - quarter teaspoon
Egg - one

      RECIPE ;

               Mix sugar, baking powder, baking soda with maida. Soak the date fruit in warm water, grind it and take one cup. Add it to the flour. Mix the beaten egg and oil with it. (If the ground dates are less than one cup, you can add some water to make the paste). Pack this mixture in a preheated oven at 180 C. When the knife inside comes out clean, take it out. Delicious Maldivian    KATURU  BOGIBA CAKE is ready.

    EASY BROOD  JAM CAKE RECIPE ; 

                      REQUIRED  THINGS ; 

Maida - 4 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 1 tsp
Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
Baking powder - half teaspoon
Milk - half a cup
Brut jam - 2 tbsp

       RECIPE ;

                Take what you need. Mix maida, cocoa powder and sugar baking powder in a microwave bowl. Add milk to it and dissolve it without lumps. Add oil on top and mix. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute. Bake for 1 minute, top with Brut jam and bake for another 30 seconds. Delicious Brut Jam Cake is ready.

BANANA CAKE  RECIPE  ;

                     REQUIRED  THINGS ; 

Self raising flour – one and a half cups
Baking powder - one teaspoon
Brown sugar - one cup
Egg - 2
Banana - 2
Margarine - 200 grams
Banana essence - one teaspoon
Milk – 2 tbsp (if needed)
Raisins / Nuts - a little

      RECIPE ;

                Keep the necessary items ready. Mix baking powder with flour and sift. Grind the banana into pulp. Beat the egg separately. Put brown sugar and margarine in a bowl and beat well. Add the beaten egg to it and mix. Blend well until creamy. Then add banana pulp and beat it. Add flour little by little to it and mix well. Then add essence and raisins/nuts and mix. Lightly flour a buttered microwave tray, pour the mixture into it and microwave on high for 10 / 15 minutes.  Insert a toothpick into the cake and when it comes out non-sticky, transfer to a plate to cool and slice. Tasty banana cake is ready.

   MANGO  CAKE  RECIPE ;

                           REQUIRED  THINGS ;                   

  Maida flour – one cup
Mango pulp – half a cup
Sugar – half cup (according to sweetness of mango)
Baking powder - half teaspoon
Baking soda - quarter teaspoon
Egg - 2
Vanilla essence / cardamom powder - a little
Butter - 20 grams
Milk - quarter cup

         RECIPE ;

                    Mix the maida flour with baking powder and baking soda and keep sifting. Preheat it to 180 C. Grease a baking tray and keep it ready. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add sugar to the mango pulp and beat it. Add egg and mango sugar paste to the butter and mix together. Also add sifted maida flour little by little and mix. Finally add milk and vanilla essence / cardamom powder and mix.  Pour this mixture into a baking tray and place it in it. (Takes 20 – 25 minutes). Take a toothpick or knife inside the cake when it comes out without sticking. Spongey Mango Cake is ready. Once cool, slice and serve.

    JACKFRUIT  CAKE  RECIPE ; 

                  REQUIRED  THINGS ; 

Punch holes – 6 (for grinding) + one (for chopping)
Maida flour – one cup
Sugar - half a cup
Oil - quarter cup
Milk - quarter cup
Vanilla essence – a few drops
Yellow food color – a pinch (optional)
Egg - 2
Baking powder - one teaspoon
Baking soda - half teaspoon

        RECIPE ;

                  Grind it well by adding sugar to the pulp. Keep the baking tray ready. Preheat it to 180c. Sift the maida flour with baking powder and baking soda. Pour the eggs into the bowl and mix well, then add the milk and oil. Add food color and vanilla essence to it.  Then add the ground balac chula mixture and mix well. Also add the sifted flour little by little and mix. If you want, you can mix it with finely chopped chives at the end. Pour this mixture into a baking tray and place a plate on it and bake for 30-40 minutes. (Time will vary depending on your person and tray used). Leave a toothpick in the middle of the cake and take it out when it comes out clean.  Very soft and delicious jackfruit cake is ready. Once it cools down well, take it out of the tray and put the slices on it.
    

BANANA PUDDING CAKE  RECIPE ;

             REQUIRED  THINGS ;

Banana - 2 (small)
Bread - 2 pieces
Dry milk - half a cup
Condensed milk - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 5 tbsp + 4 tbsp
Egg - one
Vanilla essence - half teaspoon

        RECIPE ;

                  Put 4 tablespoons of sugar in a cake tray and put it in the oven on medium flame and boil the sugar syrup. When the baku turns brown in color add vanilla essence and turn off the stove. Spread the caramel evenly on the tray. Toss the bread and banana in the pan. Mix both well and add condensed milk. Add egg to it and mix well. Then add sugar and dried milk and mix well. Pour the mixture into the pan containing the caramel and steam for 15 minutes. Once cool invert onto a plate.  Tasty Banana Pudding is ready. Refrigerate and serve. This pudding can also be made without eggs. Divide the bread into three pieces. It is important to keep the vessel properly covered during steaming so that the steam does not escape.

  APPLE CAKE RECIPE ;

               REQUIRED  THINGS ;

Apple - 3
Maida - 50 gms
Sugar - 50 grams
Oil (a) Butter – 50 gms
Baking powder - one teaspoon
Egg - 2
Milk - quarter cup
Bark powder – a pinch
Salt - a pinch 

     RECIPE ;

               Peel the apple, remove the seed and cut into small pieces. Beat the egg well and add sugar, oil, milk, bark powder and salt and mix again. Add maida and baking powder to it and mix well. Then butter the cake pan and pour half of the cake mixture into it. Spread apple slices over it. Pour the remaining cake mixture over the apple slices. Boil for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Tasty apple cake is ready.  

ECCLES  CHOCOLATE  CAKE  ;

                 REQUIRED  THINGS ; 

1 3/4 cup maida flour
staple food
1/4 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 cup yogurt
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Water as required
According to the temperature
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup butter
Chocolate chips as required
As required amount of flaked almonds

     RECIPE ;

                Take a baking dish and grease the inside with butter or oil. Sprinkle some maida in the pan. In another empty vessel, add curd, powdered sugar, and stir without lumps. Add baking soda and stir. After a while small eggs appear.  Now add maida and cocoa powder and stir.  Then add butter or oil and stir until the oil is completely absorbed into the mixture. Add vanilla essence and salt and stir again without lumps. Pour this mixture into a pan greased with butter. Tap the pan well for a few minutes to spread the batter completely. Now add the choco chips and chopped almonds to the top of the batter.  After preheating the oven for 10 minutes, place the dough bowl in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. The cake will come out crispy. Then take out the cake and let it cool and serve .

    EASY  BROWNIAN  WITH SIMPLE  ICING CAKE RECIPE ;     

                           REQUIRED  THINGS ;

To make the brownies ;
Maida - one cup
Butter - half a cup
Egg - 2
Chocolate chips - 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder - 2 1/2 tbsp
Instant coffee powder - half tsp
Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup
Salt - quarter teaspoon
To make the icing:
Powdered sugar - one cup
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp
Milk - 2 tbsp 

      RECIPE ;

                 Take the butter and eggs out of the fridge an hour in advance.  In a glass bowl add butter with chocolate chips and microwave for 30 seconds. Chocolate and butter will be melted. Mix it well and let it cool. In the meantime, take the vessel required for baking and cut the baking paper to the extent that it comes out a little and put it in it and grease it with butter. Sift maida, cocoa powder, coffee powder and salt together. After that, add eggs to the cooled chocolate and butter mixture and mix well. Add powdered sugar and sifted flour and mix well with a spoon. Then pour it on a baking tray and spread it widely and preheat it at 180 degrees and bake it for 40 minutes. After baking take it out and let it cool down.  Put the powdered sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl and add the butter and mix well with a wooden spoon. When it is partially mixed, add milk and stir it well, it becomes a smooth mixture.  Spread evenly over cooled brownies. Garnish with color and chocolate sprinkles on top. Keep it like this for two hours and then take it out with a baking paper and place it on a plate and put pieces on it. If you need it quickly, you can put it in the fridge for half an hour and put it in pieces. If you eat it right away, the brownie will seem a little pressed. The next day it will be more tender and more flavorful. If you want to make it for kids for a party, you can make it on the first night. No need to refrigerate. Even if kept outside for up to four days, it will not spoil. 

   BIRTHDAY  CAKE  RECIPE ;

                         REQUIRED  THINGS ; 

Square shaped cake
Buttercream Icing - 3 cups
Chocolate chips - one and a half tablespoons
Hot water - a little
Ribbon
Fondant – 2 handful size
Piping bag
Star Nose 
Ballot Knife
Toothpick
Paper towel

RECIPE ;

Place the cake on the ford and spread the icing all around. (I added some chocolate to the icing for colour). Separate half a cup of the remaining icing.  Heat the chocolate chips for 30 seconds (don't use a plastic bowl) and mix them into the icing. No need to mix completely. Ice the entire cake with this icing mixture. Smooth the ballad naifly icing on top. Clean the cake board and tape the ribbon around the bottom edge of the cake. Apply some icing to the beginning and end of the ribbon.  Pipe the reserved icing on the top and sides with a star nozzle . Take a small amount of fondant and roll it out to make a screwdriver handle and shaft separately. Then glue the handle and stem together. (Both will stick if applied with a little moisture).  Roll the three small pieces into a circle for the screw heads, flatten, and press in the middle with a knife. Take some more fondant and roll it out, flatten it and shape it into the blade of the Balat  Na Ifly sword. Cut and align the teeth. Also design and take the grip to the appropriate size for the sword.  Wet it and attach the handle to the sword and let it dry. Roll out some fondant to form a hammer head, flatten the front and bend it to cut out like a kever. Make the stem and handle of suitable size. Apply some water and dry the three pieces together. Can be attached with a toothpick if desired.  Roll out small and large pieces so that both sides are smooth. Cut them in half and make suitable heads for each piece and stick them together to get nails. Bend the rolled lengthwise into a U shape to get grooves. Spread everything on top of the cake and decorate. Smaller and larger screw heads can be made to fill the voids if required.  

    CHOCOLATE ROLL CAKE RECIPE ;

                          REQUIRED  THINGS ;

Egg - 4
Maida flour – 6 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
For the icing:
Icing sugar - 150 grams
Butter - 2 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 2 tsp
Vanilla essence - one teaspoon
Milk – required quantity 

      RECIPE ;

              Line a baking tray with oil paper and keep it ready. Add cocoa powder to maida flour and stir. Prepare icing by sifting cocoa powder with icing sugar, adding butter, vanilla essence and milk as required. Take sugar and egg in a bowl.  Add sugar and eggs and beat with a beater until well combined. (The more the egg and searing mixture is runny, the softer the cake will be). Add maida and cocoa mixture to it and mix gently. (Mix too much and the cake will not be smooth). Spread the icing on the cake while it is still warm and roll gently. Wrap the rolled cake in oil paper, then wrap it tightly in newspaper, refrigerate for an hour and serve in slices. Tasty & Easy Chocolate Roll Cake is ready. Make sure that the batter and bowl are free of moisture while beating the eggs. Even if there is a drop of moisture, the egg will not hatch. When measuring flour, sugar, and cocoa powder for the cake, do not over-measure.  Measure the ingredients with a level. Pack the cake immediately after beating. Don't keep it out too long. The cake is delicious if it is kept cool and eaten cool.  

   PAN  BREAD  CAKE  RECIPE ; 

                           REQUIRED  THINGS ; 

Bread slices – 10
Egg - 3
Milk - 3 cups
Sugar - one cup
Orange essence – one teaspoon / vanilla essence
Dried grapes

RECIPE ;

         Keep the necessary items ready. Add eggs, sugar and essence to the milk and mix well. Add the bread crumbs and mix and transfer to a buttered pan. Then sprinkle dried raisins and keep it in a preheated oven at 150 for 30 minutes. Delicious pan bread is ready.

  SIMPLE YULE LUCK - CAKE DECORATION RECIPE ;

                         REQUIRED  THINGS ;

Chocolate Swiss Roll (a) Plain Swiss Roll - One
Chocolate Icing – 2 times the chocolate swiss roll recipe
Holi leaves & fruits

A tall, long kitchen utensil - one
(Chocolate swiss roll, plain swiss roll and holly leaves & fruits are linked in note below.) 

   RECIPE ;

            Keep the cake pan ready. Prepare Holi leaves and fruits in advance. Drizzle over the chocolate icing. Invert the pan and place the rolled roll on top of the filling. Spread chocolate icing on both sides of the roll.  Draw circular lines on it with a toothpick. Spread the icing on the rest of the roll. Gently transfer it to the cake board and use a toothpick to draw long and circular lines on the bark texture. Wet a kitchen towel and wring it out to clean the board around the cake. A palette knife can be held around the plate for easy clean-up without sticking to the icing.  A beautiful Yule Log is ready for Christmas if you take the prepared holly leaves and fruits with tongs and decorate them everywhere. This is the easiest decoration on icing cakes. Spread evenly without clumping. It doesn't seem to come anywhere near right. Even the chocolate icing is not mixed evenly and it looks like bark if it is missing in places.

 CUPCAKE  RECIPE  ;

                        REQUIRED  THINGS ;

A cup of store-bought curd – one

Sugar - one and a half cups
Maida - 3 cups
Baking powder - 15 grams
Butter - 125 grams
Rose essence – a few drops
Rose food color
Egg - 3
Cupcake mold & paper

           RECIPE ;

                    Keep everything you need ready. Take equal cup of curd for sugar and maida. Put yogurt, sugar, maida, eggs, baking powder in a large bowl and mix well. Add butter to it and mix. Dissolve the rose bud color along with the rose essence and pour into the mixture and mix well. Put the paper mold inside the silicone cup cake mold and keep it ready. Pour the cake mixture into the mold three-quarters full. Boil it at 165 degrees for 20 minutes. When the cake is half baked, you can put decorated candies on top. Delicious cupcakes are ready. Similarly, you can add different essences and different put colors.

VANILLA  SPONGE  CAKE RECIPE ; 

                 REQUIRED  THINGS ; 

Maida flour - 250 gms
Butter - 250 grams
Powdered sugar - 250 grams
Eggs - 4 - 5
Baking powder - one teaspoon
Vanilla essence - quarter teaspoon
Caraway Seed - half teaspoon
Salt - a pinch

  RECIPE  ;

            Add baking powder to maida flour and sift well 3 times. Warm him up. Grease a baking tray with some butter and sprinkle maida over it. (Or cut butter paper to the size of the tray and use it as a liner). Crack the egg and separate the yolk. Beat the egg whites in a mixer or beater until foamy. Mix the butter with the powdered sugar in a bowl and beat in one direction with a beater until very soft. (By beating like this, the mixture will inhale air and the cake will be well salted). Also add the egg yolks and beat until combined.  Then add the beaten egg whites and mix. Also add vanilla essence, salt and cake seeds and mix once. Then add sifted maida flour little by little with a wooden spoon or spatula and gently fold it in one direction to combine the mixture and flour. (Do not mix). This is called folding.  This folding helps keep the already entrained air from escaping after adding the dough. Pour this mixture into a baking tray, place in a preheated oven and bake at 180 C for 40 minutes. Insert a long stick or toothpick into the cake, check that the mixture doesn't stick to the stick, make sure it's cooked and take out to cool.  When the tasty vanilla sponge cake is ready, slice and serve. This method makes the cake very soft like sponge. Avoid using beater or whisk after mixing maida flour. Caraway seed is similar to cumin. This will give the cake an aroma. 

     NUTELLA  CAKE  RECIPE ;

                    REQUIRED  THINGS ;

Maida flour - 250 grams
Margarine - 250 gm
Sugar - 250 grams
Egg - one
Baking powder - one teaspoon
Vanilla essence - half teaspoon
Nutella (Nutella) - 4 tablespoons
Milk - half a cup

     RECIPE  ;

                 Have the necessary items ready. Mix baking powder with maida flour and sift it. First add margarine and sugar and beat well. Beat the egg separately, add it to the margarine and beat again. Add Nutella to it and beat. Then add milk and vanilla essence and mix well.  Add maida flour to this mixture and mix well with a wooden spoon without lumps. Pour the buttered, lightly floured mixture into a microwaveable bowl. Then place the bowl in the microwave and cook on high for 20/25 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the cake and remove when it comes out not sticking, transfer to a plate to cool and slice.    SUNFLOWER CAKE RECIPE  ;

               REQUIRED  THINGS ; 

Round Cake (22 Cm Ring Cake)
Stiff Consistency Icing – One and a half times the quantity as indicated in Narmada
Food Color - Yellow
Chocolate chips - one tablespoon
Fondant - 300 grams
Chocolate Hail
Icing sugar – half a cup
Ginger Biscuits – One (if required)
Equipment:
Turntable
Ballot Knife
Nozzle No 64 & Piping Bag
Kitchen Foil
Kitchen Scissors
Magazine cutter

       RECIPE ;

                     For the magazine cutter, take a new empty tin open with an electric cutter, wash it clean and (without cutting your hand) press it as shown in the picture. Even if the bottom is curved there is no difficulty in cutting the fondant.  It is important to make the outer petals two to three days in advance and dry them. A couple may break during final fitting. It is better if you make more than you need. To make the petals first fold the foil paper so that the folds are lengthwise and then slowly separate. Bring the two ends together to make a petal size. Add proper proportion of yolk to the fondant and knead. If the moisture is too high, sprinkle a little icing sugar and knead.  Dust a work surface and rolling pin with icing sugar, roll out to 3mm thick and cut out the petals. It's okay if a couple of the petals are a little short in length. Place the cut fondant sheet on top of the foil paper holding it together. The abstract should be in the course of the journal. Gently press the edges to make them thinner and leave a little press in the middle. Now the lines are embedded in the magazine.  Carefully separate the leaves and dry them on a surface coated with icing sugar. At least three or five magazines are good. Brush the icing sugar off the top of the petals. Cut the two sided leaves into twelve and cut them in half with a pair of scissors. A ring cake mold as shown in the picture is suitable for decorating this cake. (A hollow silver bowl can be used instead. Just invert the cake and cut a small hole in the middle).  If the cake bulges in the middle, it is not necessary to cut it straight, let it be convex. Cover the entire side with icing. (This will be the underside of the flower). Can be applied while holding in one hand. If it seems difficult, you can apply it on the back side of a plate. Place the cake board marked for icing on top of the cake and twist it.  Now the icing side will be down. The cake can be moved if it is not in the middle of the board. Check that the butter icing mixture is the same color as the already made petal and coat the second side with icing. Just enough to cover the surface of the cake. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and fill the circle with a hollow in the middle. (If using a ring mould, cover the hole with ginger biscuits coated with chocolate icing). Before the moisture dries, scoop the chocolate hail with a small spoon and place it on top. Fill a piping bag with icing and pipe petals all around with Nozzle 64. (If you have a turntable it's easier to keep the magazines in the right order from the inside out). Keep the center petals small and the outer lines slightly larger.  Pipe the icing on top of the petals cut in half, with a flat edge and stick the outer circle to the bottom of the cake. Place clean small bottles or spoons under them until they dry.  After it is partially dry, remove the bottles and clean the port and place the icing in the spaces between the petals as shown. Paste the entire petals as shown in the picture. (Evenly arranged petals can be trimmed with scissors as needed.) . After gluing a full circle, cut the rest of the petals in half and put icing on the back side of them only in the middle and stick two lines in between. Place the pallet knife on top of the magazine and gently press it down. Petals support each other.
A beautiful sunflower cake is ready if you add some more chocolate hail in the middle and make a circle.

   MICKEY MOUSE CAKE RECIPE ;

                         REQUIRED  THINGS ;

30 x 20 Cm Rectangular Cake
Fondant - 300 grams
Food Colors – Green, Yellow, Black, Red
Buttercream Icing – Twice 

      RECIPE  ;

                First measure the cake and cut a piece of paper to that size. Draw a picture of Mickey Mouse inside and decide and mark where it will go. Trace the butter paper over it and cut out each piece separately. Cut out pieces to size and make gloves, eyes and buttons in white fondant in pairs.  Always touch the colors with the stick and knead to get the right shade without overdoing it. Design the trousers in red. Take a small piece of the remaining red color and mix it with a little more white fondant and a few drops of yellow color to form shoes. Design the top in black. Paint the hands, feet and ears in black and let dry. Take some of it and place it between your hands and roll it into an egg shape to get a nose.  Roll up the rest and taper only one end to get the tail. Shape the face in soft red color. Divide the face into two pieces and then keep it wet in between so it sticks together. Touch the nose with icing and stick it on the face. Place the cake on the board and ice it (this is also iced the same way the alphabet cake is iced). Carefully fit the pieces together. Glue the eyes and buttons with a touch of icing.  Mark the mouth with the stick, then draw a touch of black on the 00 brush. Mix green and any desired color (for the flower) with some butter icing and pipe the flowers and leaves. Place the Happy Birthday phrase (chocolate or plastic letters) and press.  If you make the Mickey parts a few days in advance keeping in mind the size of the cake, you can ice the cake when needed. If you are going to do it beforehand, it is better if you do only the tail one by two. It is more prone to breakage due to its thinness.

  CAKE POPS RECIPE ;

                      REQUIRED  THINGS ;

 1 chocolate sponge
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
staple food
3 tablespoons cake cream
2 Numbers crushed whole wheat biscuits
Chocolate chips as required

          RECIPE ;

                  Crush the chocolate sponge cake into powder. Add whipped cream and powdered biscuit powder to it and knead it like dough. Add some cream even if the batter is dry. Now roll the kneaded dough into small balls and keep them together.   Now take a lolly pop stick and insert it into the ball and dip it in the melted chocolate. Refrigerate this lollipop stick on the bridge for an hour. Now take the cooled chocolate stick and again dip it in the melted chocolate and sprinkle colorful sprinkles on it. Then decorate it as it is on a plate or arrange it beautifully on the birthday table with tasty cake pops lollipop ready. Kids love to eat it too. As many colorful sprinkles as needed
