Peas - half a cup
Potatoes - one
Onion - one
Chilli - half
Bread Crumbs – As required
Coriander leaves - a little
Garam masala - one teaspoon
Chilli powder – one teaspoon
Salt – as needed
Oil – required quantity

RECIBE ;
Keep the necessary items ready Boil potatoes, carrots and peas. Finely chop the onion and chillies. Chop the boiled potatoes and carrots too. Pour oil in a pan, add onions and chillies and saute. Also add garam masala, chilli powder and salt and stir. Mash the boiled vegetables with it and spread it. Then add the rice and stir..Stir to combine. Roll the stirred rice into balls the size of a lemon, hold them in your hand and pat them like a vada and roll them in bread crumbs. Then put them on a hot dosa stone, pour oil around them and fry until golden brown on both sides. Hot, delicious rice cutlets are ready Serve with tomato sauce.
FISH CUTLET RECIPE ;
REQUIRED THINGS ;
Fish with flesh - half kg
Green chillies – 5
Ginger - one piece
Garlic - 10 cloves
Coriander leaves – a handful size
Mint – half a handful size
Big onion - 2
Large potatoes - one
Oil – required quantity
Salt – as needed
Maida - 3 tbsp
Bread powder - 100 grams
RECIPE ;
Wash and clean the fish, add turmeric powder, salt, pour water and boil. ( Boiling it with turmeric powder and salt will remove the rancidity of the fish) Debone the boiled fish and keep it peeled. Boil the potatoes and take them. Pour oil in a pan and when it is dry add onion and fry it, add green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and mint. Put the sauteed ingredients in a mixer and add some water and grind them into a masala. Add fried ground spices and boiled potatoes to the batter and mash well. (If the mixture is not thick, remove the edges of the bread and put the middle part and knead it). Dissolve maida in a vessel by adding water. Spread the breadcrumbs evenly on a plate. Pat the mashed fish mixture into a batter, dip it in maida solution and roll it in bread flour. Then fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Or put it on a dosa stone and pour oil around it and take it out. Delicious fish cutlet is ready
NOODLES CUTLET RECIPE ;

Noodles - one
Potatoes - 2
Peas - quarter cup
Onion - one
Ginger – One inch piece
Garlic - 2 cloves
Green chillies – 2
Mint, Jasmine leaves - quarter handful size
Cumin powder – half teaspoon
Garam masala powder – quarter teaspoon
Turmeric powder – half teaspoon
Egg - one
Bread Crumbs – 1/4 cup
Salt – as needed
Oil – for frying
RECIPE ;
Keep everything ready. Boil the noodles and keep aside. Boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them.Boil the green peas. Grind ginger and garlic along with green chillies. Pour a teaspoon of oil in a pan and add chopped onion and fry. Once the onion is fried, add green chili paste and fry it. Add peas, powder and salt and saute. Then in a bowl add boiled noodles along with mashed potatoes, sautéed pea mixture and finely chopped mint and coriander leaves. Knead well to combine everything. Beat the egg well and take it in a bowl. Take the bread crumbs on a plate. Form the kneaded mixture into cutlets, dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets. (Those who don't want to fry in oil can put the dosa on a stone and bake it). Delicious noodles cutlet is ready.
CRAB CUTLET RECIPE ;

Crab - half a kilo
Ginger, garlic paste - one teaspoon
Potatoes - 2
Big onion - one
Garam masala powder – half tsp
Chilli powder – half teaspoon
Bread powder - one cup
Maida flour – half a cup
Salt – as needed
Coriander leaves – a little
RECIPE ;
Keep the necessary items ready. Boil the crab and break it, take out the flesh only, put it in a mixer and mix it around. Boil the potatoes and mash them. Mash the mashed potatoes with crab meat, salt, ginger, garlic paste, garam masala powder, chilli powder, chopped onions and coriander leaves. Heat the pan and put this mixture in it and saute it until it thickens. Add some salt to maida flour and keep it dissolved. Roll the fried crab mixture into small balls and flatten. Dip the grated crab mixture in maida flour solution and roll in bread flour. Then fry them in hot oil. Hot crab cutlets are ready.Serve with chili sauce.
SOY CUTLET RECIPE ;

Soybean - 50 grams
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as required
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Potatoes - 2
Onion - 1
Carat - 1
Ginger
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 75 grams
Coriander – a little
RECIPE ;
Boil and mash the carrot and carrot, put a teaspoon of oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion and green chillies. Add the carrot, turmeric, salt, ginger and garlic to it, then add half the soy flour and rice flour and mix and let it thicken. Corn - 2 cups
Chopped coriander - quarter cup
Green chillies – 4
Cumin – half teaspoon
Garam masala powder – one teaspoon
Chickpeas – half a cup
Mint - 10 leaves
Bread powder – half a cup
Salt – as needed
Oil - 4 tbsp
RECIPE ;
Finely chop mint leaves. Keep all the other necessary ingredients ready. Peel the corn and keep it. Grind coriander leaves, peanuts, green chillies, cumin and garam masala in a mixer. Then add the corn to the ground mixture and grind it coarsely. Put the ground mixture of corn in a bowl and mix it with chopped mint, salt and bread powder. Add bread powder according to the amount of water that comes out while grinding the corn. This mixture will make chapati dough. It can be rolled into small balls and patted into desired shape, Or put it in a cutlet mould. Place the dosaikal in the oven and put oil on top of the cutlet, pour some oil on top and let it cook for 3 minutes. After that put the cutlets on medium flame and cook for 2 or 3 minutes without burning. Easy to make corn cutlets are ready. It can be served with tomato sauce Children love to eat.
