DIFFERENT TYPES OF PURI RECIPE

PURI

      JEERA  PURI RECIPE 

INGREDIENTS ; 

Maida - 1/2 kg 
Sugar - 2 1/2 cups 
Cashews - 20 
Cardamoms - 7 
Kesari powder - 1/4 tsp 
Soda salt - A pinch of 
salt - 1/2 tsp 
Oil - 1 1/2 cups 

    RECIPE ; 

Maitama Take it easy.  Cut the cashews into small pieces and fry them in ghee.  Make powder of cardamom.  Pour a cup of water in a vessel and mix saffron powder in it.  Take the sifted flour in a large plate and pour the colored water little by little and knead it.  Beat well while kneading and knead until smooth.  Touch the oil to prevent it from sticking to your hands.  Take a lemon sized portion of the kneaded dough and place it on a chapati mat and roll it into a round chapati.  Roll it up and cut it into three parts with a knife.  Take the chopped pieces and press them vertically and keep them in a chapati log without pressing too much and rub them in a circle and make them into small puris.  Put sugar in a vessel and pour a cup of water and boil the betel nut.  Pour a spoonful of ghee in it and it will have a fragrant smell.  Add powdered cardamom with sugar and mix.  Pour oil in the pan and when it dries, put the puri that has been rubbed and take it out without letting it turn red.  Then put the fried puris in the prepared jeera for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes after the jeera soaks well in the poori, take it out on a serving plate and sprinkle roasted cashew nuts and saffron on top of each poori and serve.  Delicious Jeera Puri is ready.

    TURMERIC  PUMPKIN  PURI RECIPE 

 INGREDIENTS ;

Turmeric Pumpkin - One cup (ground 
wheat flour) - Half a cup 
Jaggery - Half a cup 
Cardamom - 2 Powdered 
Salt - A pinch 

  RECIPE ;

Grind the turmeric pumpkin and jaggery. Put the jaggery in 3 tablespoons of water and keep it in  the oven. When it comes to a boil , put the grated pumpkin in it and add the  wheat flour and salt to it Get delicious kid-friendly pumpkin puri ready. 

               PURI  POTATO  RECIPE 

 INGREDIENTS ;

Wheat  for Puri 
- One cup 
maida - Half a cup 
of salt - Required amount 
of oil - Required amount of potatoes 
for seasoning 
onions - One 
green chili - 3 
ginger - One piece of 
turmeric powder - A pinch 
of salt - Required amount 
of maida flour - 2 teaspoons 
coriander leaves - a little mustard 
for seasoning - a quarter teaspoon 
chickpeas - half a teaspoon 
curry leaves - a little 

  RECIPE ;

        Mix wheat flour, maida flour, salt in a bowl and mix well.  Add 2 tablespoons of oil to it and mix it, add warm water little by little and knead well.  It should soak for half an hour.  Cover with wet tissue paper or wet cloth to prevent the dough from drying out.  Then roll the soaked dough into small balls. Rub it in a circular motion.  Once the oil has dried in a pan, gently drop the battered puri dough into the oil.  When the poori rises, gently press it with a spoon so that the poori gets well salted.  Then turn the poori slowly and take the next side when it turns brown.  Then put it on a tissue paper to remove the excess oil. Puri is ready  Cut the potatoes into small pieces, put them in a bowl, add enough water to submerge the potatoes and cook them in the microwave for 6-8 minutes.  Allow 2 minutes standing time.  Mix in between with a spoon.  Pour oil in a pan and season with mustard, curry leaves and chickpeas.  Add chopped onions, green chillies, finely chopped ginger, turmeric powder and a little salt and saute well.  Once the onions are fried well, add the boiled potato pieces by mashing them with a spoon.  Dissolve one or two tablespoons of maida flour in water without lumps and add it to the potato masala.  Stirring for two minutes will cook the maitama and thicken the masala.  Then sprinkle coriander leaves and stop the oven.  Delicious, easy to make puri yam is ready.  While kneading the flour, if you touch the maida dough lightly, it will rub in a circle.  Otherwise, even after rubbing the puri with a lid and cutting it round, the puris will be the same size.

       PURI  MASALA RECIPE 

        INGREDIENTS ;

Potato - 4 
Green Chillies - 2 
Peanuts - 4 tsp 
Carrot - 2, Anise - Half tsp 
Bark - Chopped 
Cloves - 2 
Ginger - Chopped 
Big Onion - 2 
Curry Leaves - 2 tsp 
Turmeric Powder - Half tsp 
Salt - as needed Amount 
Mustard -Chickpeas 
Oil for seasoning - 2 tbsp 

   RECIPE ;

         Boil the potatoes, remove the skin and mash them.  Grind chickpeas, bark, cloves and aniseed without water and then dissolve them in water.  After pouring oil in the pan, season it with mustard seeds, chickpeas, chickpeas, onion cut lengthwise, green chillies cut lengthwise after removing the seeds, and curry leaves and saute well.  When the onions are fried, add finely chopped carrots and fry them, add ginger chopped into small pieces and fry them.  Then add mashed potatoes and add turmeric powder and salt.  Pour dissolved peanut flour and add required amount of water.  Stir until it does not stick and boil well.  Once it boils, sprinkle the coriander leaves.  Delicious Puri Masala is ready to eat with Puri.

PURI

 BALE  PURI  RECIPE 

 INGREDIENTS ;

Wheat Flour - One Tumbler 
Date Fruit - 150gm 
Tamarind - 25gm 
Jaggery - 100gm 
Chickpeas - 25gm 
Rice Pori - Quarter Kg 
Big Onion - 4 
Potatoes - 4 
Green Chillies - 15 
Chilli Powder - One Teaspoon + Quarter Teaspoon 
Cumin - One teaspoon 
turmeric powder - Half teaspoon 
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon 
salt - As required 

 RECIPE ;

         Boil potatoes and cut them into small pieces.  Finely chop the onion.  Add one teaspoon of chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin and required amount of salt to the wheat flour, leave water and knead it into a paste and soak for 5 minutes.  After 5 minutes take the dough and make it into small puris and deep fry it in oil.  Soak the seeded dates and tamarind in three cups of water.  After an hour, keep it well and add jaggery and mix it to prepare the chutney.  Add green chillies to the green chillies and grind to a paste.  Also pour a cup of water and add salt and keep the chutney ready.  Put rice puri in a wide pan and crumble the fried puri in it.  Also add salt, quarter teaspoon of chili powder, boiled potato, onion and coriander leaves and mix well.  Add both the chutneys as required to the mixed poori

          PANI PURI  RECIPE 

  INGREDIENTS ;

Readymade Mini Puri - As required 
Mint ‍- Handful 
Curry leaves ‍- Handful 
Coriander ‍- Handful 
Green Chillies ‍- One 
Cumin - One teaspoon 
Pepper - 5, 
Garlic- One 
clove - 2 
Chickpeas - Few (if required) 
Onion - one 
chilli powder - quarter teaspoon 
turmeric powder - a pinch 
of salt - as required 

RECIPE ;

       Mint, curry leaves, coriander, green chillies, cumin, pepper, garlic and salt in a mixer and grind well.  Add the required amount of water to the ground paste and dissolve it well.  This water should be diluted.  Boil the dal and chickpeas.  Take mini puris.  Mix the dal, chickpeas and finely chopped onion together and mash well.  Add coriander if desired.  Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to it and mash it.  Make a small hole in the top of the puris and put some rolling masala in it.  At the time of eating, pour the ground mint solution along with it.  Delicious pani puri is ready.

     RAG  PURI  RECIPE 

   INGREDIENTS ; 

Ragi flour - One cup 
wheat flour - One cup 
semolina - One teaspoon 
salt - Required amount 
of oil - Frying 

  RECIPE ;

     Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl. Sprinkle water little by little with the flour and knead it into a puri dough. Roll the dough lengthwise and cut it into small pieces and roll them into balls.  Form each ball into puris. 
    Pour oil in a pan and when it dries, fry the puris one by one.   Delicious ragi puri is ready.
