SPICY LIVER GRAVY RECIPE

MUTTON  LIVER  PIECES RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS ;

        *    Mutton Liver Pieces - 500 g  
        *     Onion - 1 
        *     Tomato - 1 
        *    Green Chili - 2 
        *    Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp Taniya Powder - 1 Tbsp Pepper 
        *     Powder - 1 Tbsp 
        *    Turmeric Powder -  Half Tbsp 
        *    Curry Masala - 1 Tbsp 
        *    Anise - 1 Tbsp 
        *    Bark - A A piece of 
        *    ginger - 1 piece 
        *    garlic - 5 cloves 
         *   coriander - A pinch of 
         *   salt - as required 
        *     Onion - 1 
        *     Tomato - 1 
        *    Green Chili - 2 
        *    Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp Taniya Powder - 1 Tbsp Pepper 
        *     Powder - 1 Tbsp 
        *    Turmeric Powder -  Half Tbsp 
        *    Curry Masala - 1 Tbsp 
        *    Anise - 1 Tbsp 
        *    Bark - A A piece of 
        *    ginger - 1 piece 
        *    garlic - 5 cloves 
         *   coriander - A pinch of 
         *   salt - as required 

  RECIPE ;

          *In a bowl, add liver, turmeric powder, pepper powder and stir well and soak for about 15 minutes.  Heat oil in a pan, add bark, aniseed, green chillies, ginger and garlic and saute well.  Then add finely chopped onions and saute until golden brown.  Now, after sauteing tomatoes, add liver and stir. Then, add chilli powder, taniyat powder, curry masala, salt and little water and stir and boil.  Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and the delicious mutton liver roast is ready..!.

GOAT  LIVER  GRAVY  RECIPE ;

  INGREDIENTS ;

          *      Onion - 2  
          *     Tomatoes - 1 
           *    Ginger Garlic Paste - One and a half Teaspoon 
           *    Green Chillies - 1 
           *    Liver - 300g 
           *    Chilli Powder - One and a half Teaspoon 
           *    Garam Masala - Half Teaspoon 
           *    Turmeric Powder - Quarter Teaspoon 
          *     Taniya - 1 Tablespoon 
          *     Pepper - 1 Teaspoon 
          *    Anise - 1 teaspoon 
          *    cumin seeds - half teaspoon 
          *    curry leaves oil salt 
          *     Tomatoes - 1 
           *    Ginger Garlic Paste - One and a half Teaspoon 
           *    Green Chillies - 1 
           *    Liver - 300g 
           *    Chilli Powder - One and a half Teaspoon 
           *    Garam Masala - Half Teaspoon 
           *    Turmeric Powder - Quarter Teaspoon 
          *     Taniya - 1 Tablespoon 
          *     Pepper - 1 Teaspoon 
          *    Anise - 1 teaspoon 
          *    cumin seeds - half teaspoon 
          *    curry leaves oil salt 

    RECIPE ;

       *    Put the pan in the oven and add taniya, pepper, aniseed and cumin seeds and roast them on medium heat and make a powder.  Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions and green chillies and fry until golden.  Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till the green smell goes away.
       *  Add tomatoes and turmeric powder and saute. Once the tomatoes are sauteed, stir in the liver pieces.  When the liver is partially fried, add chili powder, garam masala, ground masala, salt and stir fry. Then add required amount of water and stir and boil.  
      *  The liver will be cooked well and will turn into a gravy. Now, add curry leaves and saute. Delicious goat liver gravy is reddy.
       *  Add tomatoes and turmeric powder and saute. Once the tomatoes are sauteed, stir in the liver pieces.  When the liver is partially fried, add chili powder, garam masala, ground masala, salt and stir fry. Then add required amount of water and stir and boil.  
      *  The liver will be cooked well and will turn into a gravy. Now, add curry leaves and saute. Delicious goat liver gravy is reddy.
