Necessary materials
Kiwi fruit - one cup
Mango - one cup
Strawberries - one cup
Sapota - quarter cup
Sugar – as much as required

RECIPE ;
Peel all the fruits and add sugar and ice cubes separately in a mixer (a) and grind them to a fine consistency in a blender. (The curd should be beaten in tenths). Now in a big juice tumbler, first pour kiwi juice, then mango juice, then strawberry juice and lastly a little sapota juice and drink it. Wow the belly will be full.
AVOCADO COCKTAIL JUICE RECIPE ;

Ripe mango - one
Avocado - two
Strawberries - eight
Glucose - one tablespoon
Distilled milk - one tumbler
Ice cubes - eight
RECIPE ;
Wash mango, avocado and strawberry and chop them finely.
Also add ice cubes, glucose, milk and run well in a blender or mixer and drink. Wow what a refresher.

COCONUT WATER SEAWEED ;

Necessary materials ;
Avocado - one cup

KIWI AND MANGO JUICE ;

RECIPE

SHARJAH JUICE RECIPE ;

Banana 1
Pomegranate 1 small
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 cup of ice cubes
Boil the milk and cool it well. Peel the peanuts and grind them into a coarse powder in a mixer. Peel the banana. Peel the pomegranate also. Then put the fruits in the mixer and grind them well. Add sugar and milk and grind well. Add powdered peanuts to it and whisk well. Add ice cube and beat well. Delicious Sharjah Juice is ready. Pour into tall glasses and serve chilled.

NECESSARY MATERIALS ;
1 teaspoon of fennel
Almonds as required
1 teaspoon of watermelon seeds
3 teaspoons of dried rose petals
1 cup of sugar
Pistachios as required
As much cashews as needed
1 liter cold milk

4 Numbers Cardamom
1 teaspoon poppy seeds

RECIPE ;
Soak almonds, pistachios, aniseed, rose petals, poppy seeds, black pepper, cucumber seeds and cardamom in water in a bowl. Now add some saffron to it and soak this mixture for 3 to 4 hours. After soaking these ingredients for 3 to 4 hours, add all the ingredients in a mixer and grind them into a smooth paste. Strain the mixture through a muslin cloth allowing the stem to settle at the bottom of the bowl. Add 2 glasses of cold milk to 4 teaspoons of sugar in a bowl and shake well for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep this stem in bridge and serve it as a cold drink.
