ITALIAN PASTA RECIPE ;
NECESSARY MATERIALS ;
- Pasta - one cup
- Tomatoes - 200
- grams Onion - one
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Honey - quarter teaspoon
- Salt - as required
- Pepper - half teaspoon

RECIPE ;
Boil water in a pot with salt. Put the pasta in it and cook it until it becomes sticky. Once cooked, immerse in cold water and cool. Boil the tomatoes in boiling water, remove the skin and mash them. When the oil is dry in a pan, add onions, garlic, chillies, crushed tomatoes, honey, pepper powder, oregano, parsley, thyme, rosemary and salt and put it in the sim. Add the cooked and cooled pasta to it and mix. Spoon the pasta onto serving plates and sprinkle with cheese and serve hot. RECIPE ;
Chop onions, tomatoes, chilies'' etc. finely. Boil the pasta and take it. Pour oil in a pan and fry onions, ginger garlic paste, chilies and tomatoes separately one after the other.Add required amount of salt, garam masala, cumin powder.
Add egg when fried well. When the egg is fried well, add the cooked pasta and turn off the stove.

FRENCH PASTA RECIPE ;
NECESSARY MATERIALS ;
- Pasta - one cup
- Onion - one
- Carrot - 2
- Boiled beans/peas - quarter cup
- Tomato puree - 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - one tablespoon
- Pepper powder – as per spiciness
- Dried thyme leaves – a little
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Salt, water - as required
RECIPE ;
Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrot. Cook the pasta well and drain. After straining add some butter and stir it, it will be fragrant and not stick together. Melt the butter in a pan. When the butter melts, add onions and saute. Once it gets a little sauteed, add ginger and garlic paste. When the green smell goes away, add grated carrot and saute until half done. Then add boiled beans/peas. Give it a stir and add the tomato puree. Then leave some water and add required amount of salt and let it boil well. When it boils, turn off the stove and add thyme leaves and pepper. Serve with baked pasta. In countries like France, the name of this sauce that is bottled and sold is napolitaine. Ginger is not added to it.
PASTA JUMBO SHELL RECIPE ;
NECESSARY MATERIALS ;
- Pasta Jumbo Shell – 20
- Pasta sauce - one and a half cups
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
- Ingredients for Pasta Shell (Stuffing):
- Onion - 1
- Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
- Boiled potatoes - one
- Carat - one
- Green peas - quarter cup
- Salt – as needed
- Chili powder - a little
- Garam masala powder – a little
- Olive oil - two tablespoons
- Egg – 1
- Cheese - half a cup
RECIPE ;
Grate the carrot. Finely chop the onion. Boil the potatoes and mash them. Keep other necessary items ready. Add water and salt and boil the pasta for 8 minutes until submerged. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it. Put the pan in the oven and when it is hot, add oil and fry the chopped onions until golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste, grated carrot, mashed yam, green peas, salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder and saute. Also add a little of the water in which the pasta has been boiled. Turn off the stove and stir in one egg, 1/2 cheese. Place the prepared stuffing inside each pasta shell. Then pour one and a half cups of pasta sauce into the baking dish.
