Foods rich in iron include fish, chicken, lamb and beans. Healthy protein-rich foods to include in your pregnancy diet include chicken, nuts, peanut butter, cottage cheese, salmon, and beans.  It greatly helps in protecting the health of the pregnant mother and the unborn child. Although sunlight is the best natural source of vitamin D, increasing pollution and harmful UV rays have the opposite effect. Therefore, a vitamin D-rich prenatal diet includes fatty fish like salmon, milk, and the like.  Like protein-rich foods during pregnancy, the need for calcium-rich foods doubles during pregnancy. Calcium is essential for strengthening the bones of the baby and the mother. Some calcium-rich foods, such as Greek yogurt, support a pregnant mother's digestive system due to the presence of probiotic bacteria. Milk, Banana, broccoli, kale cheese, salmon, spinach, and orange juice are other healthy calcium-rich foods to consume during pregnancy. It is a vitamin B type, folate is an essential nutrient for pregnant women as it helps to avoid severe conditions of brain and spinal cord defects. Folic acid is a synthetic form of folate found in fortified foods and supplements. Also, it reduces the risk of premature delivery. The best sources of folate-rich foods include spinach and leafy vegetables, peas, citrus fruits, legumes, and dried beans. Foods rich in folic acid during pregnancy include fortified cereals. Consuming undercooked meats and eggs in any form greatly increases the chances of getting severe bacterial food poisoning. It affects both the mother and the unborn child. Medical experts recommend limiting or avoiding the caffeine content found in coffee and tea altogether. Caffeine can significantly constrict blood vessels in the uterus and placenta, reducing blood supply to the fetus. It also causes complications during delivery. Also, it increases the chances of harming the birth or development of the baby.  Care should be taken not to gain weight during pregnancy. Normal weight should not exceed 10-12 kg. Avoid fried foods, creams, sweets, chocolate, sugar, glucose, cakes, starches, biscuits, jam, honey etc. They are devoid of protein, vitamins and minerals. But being high in calories can lead to unnecessary weight gain. Consult your obstetrician if you gain weight despite all these restrictions. Remember that if the week is increasing, it is a warning sign.

Listeria monocytogenes, a bad bacteria found in these products, can cause health problems or miscarriage. Women trying to conceive, pregnant women or breastfeeding women should always pay full attention to healthy food choices and eating. However, since some foods can affect the health of the child, it is better to know what those foods are and avoid them completely.
