METHOD OF PREPARATION OF SATTUMA
 
         Apart from using food products, I am using old traditional Satuma for the benefit of us and the children. 

    REQUIRED THINGS ;

       RECIPE ;

                     Sorghum, corn, rye, whole wheat, sorghum, and urad should be soaked in water for 12 hours. After draining the water well, if it is tied in a cloth and taken after 12 hours, the grains will be germinated. They should be dried in the sun for 3 days. Other materials should be left to dry in the sun for a day. Then take it and fry it till golden color in low heat. Grind everything in a flour mill and let it cool for 4 hours. Nutrient flour is ready. A total of 7 kg of flour will be obtained. The ingredients needed to make this nutritious flour are available in grocery stores. Some products are available at local drugstores. No need for separate space. You can soak grains at home and sprout them. Can be dried in home premises. Grinding grains in a home mixer does not work well. Put the flour in the mill and grind it. 

BENEFITS;

              Boil one liter of water per person.  If you mix 2 spoons of flour per person with water and boil for 2 minutes, the nutritive flour paste will be ready. Usually a person consumes up to 50 grams per day and one kilo packet is used up in 20 days. Thus, there is no need to worry about spoilage.  CHATHU MAVU MINI  PUDDING   RECIPE ;

   REQUIRED THINGS ;

  • 3 cups satham-
  • Grate 1 cup of coconut-
  • A little castor sugar-
  • some water

   RECIPE ; 

         First of all, add cornstarch, coconut flour, and country sugar and mix it well with a little water. When you hold the dough, it should come out like a pudding. It will look cute.Make all the batter in the same way and boil it in the idli pot. Sathu Maavu mini pudding is ready. Garnish with some grated coconut on top.

CHATHU MAVU CHOCOLATE  CAKE ;

      REQUIRED THINGS ;

  • 125 grams maida
  • 125 grams of nutrients
  • 30 grams of cocoa powder
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 2 spoons of baking powder
  • 1 spoon of baking soda
  • 60 ml of hot water
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 50 ml sunflower oil
  • 2 spoons of chocolate essence
  • 1/2 cup  warm milk

       RECIPE ;  

                In a mixer jar, add sugar and grind it, then grind it with melted butter, then add milk and oil and grind it to a fine cream, then add cocoa powder and hot water and dissolve it well, then add maida flour, baking powder and soda and mix well twice. Then add the beaten egg mixture to the cocoa powder mixture and mix well. Then add the sifted flour little by little and mix well. Then pour it into a buttered tray and evenly. Delicious healthy fragrant satsuma chocolate cake is ready.

MILK HEALTH MIX    RECIPE ;  

         REQUIRED THINGS ; 

  • 1 tumbler of milk
  • 2 cashews
  • 1 cardamom
  • 1 pinch of sukku powder
  • 1 spoon of sugar

      RECIPE ; 

             Grind all the ingredients well
             Mix the powder in warm milk

PANNIYARAM
NUTRIENT  FLOUR PIT PANIYARAM    RECIPE
REQUIRED THINGS ;

  •  5 spoons of nutritive flour
  • 1/2 kg idli flour
  • 1 tablespoon of peanuts
  • 4 spoons of grated coconut
  • 10 small onions
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 spoon mustard, urad dal, fenugreek, curry leaves
  • Necessary amount of oil
  • Salt as required

     RECIPE ; 

               Mix satu flour with idli flour and keep it for some time. Pour oil in a pan and when it dries, add mustard seeds, chickpeas, urad dal, curry leaves, asparagus and add onion. Add green chillies and saute. Mix it with the flour and place the pan in the oven, pour oil in it and when it dries, pour the flour, cover it and take it out after it is cooked.  It looks like a nice sponge.
  Delicious healthy nut flour paniyaram is ready

  RICE PORRIDGE NUTRITIOUS   RECIPE ; 

  REQUIRED THINGS ; 

  • 5 cups of boiled rice
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1 cup green lentils
  • 1 handful of cashews
  • 1 handful of gram dal
  • A pinch of salt

 RECIPE ; 

           Rice, chickpeas, green lentils, cashews, almonds should be roasted separately in a pan.
The roasted ones should be cooled and grinded in the shop. Grinding at home will not grind fine.
The grind can be cooled for a while and stored in an airtight container.
Take 3 spoons (as required) of flour from it and dissolve it in 400ml water without lumps and let it boil. After it boils well, let it boil till it becomes a little watery or pulpy, add little salt and stir and let it die.
That's it. Nutritious rice porridge is ready. At least four days a week should be given. Very nutritious. It can be given anytime in the morning, afternoon or night. 

NUTRITIOUS FLOUR LADDU RECIPE ; 

             REQUIRED THINGS ;  

  • 1 cup of rye
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup of brown rice
  • 1 cup samba wheat
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup soaked soy
  • 1 cup green gram
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup barley rice
  • 1/2 cup millet
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 50 grams of cardamom
  • To make the Latte:
  • 4 tbsp ghee
  • Required amount of cashew nuts, raisins
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • Milk
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut flakes
  • 1 cup of flour

       RECIPE ; 

                  Add all the lentils separately in a pan and saute them. Then cool and keep grinding. You can make many recipes in it.
Pour ghee in a pan, add cashews, raisins and fry until golden. In the same pan add nutmeg and heat lightly. Then add native sugar and heat it slightly, add desiccated coconut flakes, ghee and transfer it to a vessel, add roasted cashews and raisins to it and mix it with required amount of milk. Then roll this dough into small balls.
Nutritious flour laddu is ready

CHAT UMA  CUTLET    RECIPE ; 

          REQUIRED THINGS ;  
  • 1 large potato
  • 1/4 cup satumaa
  • 1/4 cup peanut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (a) Chilli powder
  • 2 spoons of chopped onion
  • 1 spoon coriander

    RECIPE ; 

             Boil the potatoes and mash them.
Add 1/4 cup setumah 1/4 cup chickpea flour 1/2 spoon salt.
Add pepper or chili powder to suit the spiciness. Add chopped onion and chopped coriander.
Add little water and knead everything together.
Then pat it like a cutlet.
Then heat the tawa and pour oil and add the cutlets and fry them on both sides. Chatham cutlet is ready!!!

 NUTRITIOUS FLOUR  COOKIES   RECIPE ;

         REQUIRED THINGS ;  

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons of milk

      RECIPE ;

          Mix all the four ingredients together well including sugar, nutmeg, wheat flour & baking soda. Then add melted ghee and knead it.
Add 2 tbsp of milk and one of flour.
Cover the kneaded dough and rub it with purikad and cut into desired shapes.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
