Stress, lack of care and wrinkles, dark circles, dryness, pores, pimples and dullness are unwelcome guests. However, there are a number of simple natural tips that can clear, brighten and rejuvenate your skin. In ancient Ayurveda, the secrets of beauty are buried. Ayurvedic updan or scrubbing gently cleanses the skin and helps it breathe better. The equipment required for this can be reached in your kitchen.  Mix chickpea flour, sandalwood powder, turmeric powder with water/milk or paneer to make a paste. Apply it on your face. After 20 minutes, wash your face. Dip two cotton balls in cold paneer and keep them on the eyes for more refreshment.  Running, gentle jumping, a few cycles of Surya Namaskar will get your blood flowing. Sweat is great. Then wash your body with cold water. It cleanses the skin. Yoga practice keeps your focus on the body and breath. Every time you exhale, you expel toxins. A yoga practice done with focus on the breath cleanses the entire body, keeps your skin fresh and energetic and adds a glow to your face.  Does your skin feel dry after using so many lotions? You need to acknowledge the role of your body.  According to Ayurveda, everyone is made up of three elements: Vada, Pitta and Kapha. Pitta body may have normal skin texture and Kapha body may have excess sebum. Knowing what type of body type you have, what diet to take.  A gentle facial massage with oils once a week can work wonders. Know your skin type and choose Chiridala or Narayana oil accordingly and massage it. Mustard oil, coconut oil, almond oil, or kumkati are nutritious oils that give glowing skin.  A candle cannot fail to shine light. Meditation helps your inner light shine.  METHOD 1 ;

 Sandalwood powder – half a tumbler
Musk Turmeric – 1 tsp
Fang – 50 grams,
Makhilamboo powder – 50 gms.
Fenugreek - 25 grams
Dry Paneer Petal – Three tumblers
Passion fruit – a Class

 PREPARATION  METHOD ;

          First dry all these separately in the shade and grind them in a mixer and keep them in a bottle. Apply lemon, aloe vera, milk, curd, water on your face along with this powder while taking a bath every day. This powder can also be used as a face pack. It can be used in all seasons like winters, summers and monsoons. Everyone from small children to men and women can use this powder. 
BEAUTY WITH CURD

HOW TO INCREASE OUR BEAUTY WITH CURD ;

           *   We go to beauty salons and spend a lot of money to enhance the beauty of our face. But not everyone can do this. Only those with money can go to such beauty salons to enhance their beauty. That is, men and women who live a neutral life without money can use homemade curd to enhance their facial beauty and get a beauty parlour. Along with curd, we can use some essential products at home to enhance our facial beauty. This can remove your skin problems and make your skin glow. Mix a cup of curd with a little lemon juice and rub it all over your face. After 10 minutes wash your face with warm water. Do this twice a week and your skin will glow.
         *     Fenugreek should be soaked in water at night before sleeping. Then get up in the morning and grind it and mix it with a spoon of curd and apply a base mask on our face. Soak it for 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water. This can restore the glow of your sagging skin. 
           *   Mix olive oil and curd and apply it on the face. Then soak it for 10 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. Doing this twice a week will improve the health of your skin.  Mix some honey with curd and rub it all over your face and neck. Then wash your face with warm water after ten minutes. Doing this once a week will keep your skin even-toned. 
         *   Mix aloe vera gel and curd together and rub it all over your face before going to bed at night. Then wake up in the morning and wash it off with warm water and your face will glow permanently.
         *   If you want to get rid of dark spots on your skin, mix some tomato with curd and apply it all over your face. Wash it off after 20 minutes with warm water and your skin will be glowing.
         *    Similarly, papaya should be mixed with curd and applied all over the face before going to bed at night. After waking up in the morning and washing your face, your face will be bright.
        *   Mix yogurt with a little rice flour and apply it all over your face like a face mask. Wash it off after 20 minutes and check your face in the mirror. Darkness on your face will be removed and you will look white and beautiful. Doing this once a week will give you good results.

 ALOE VERA GEL TO REDUCE THE PROBLEM OF  WRINKLES ;

            Various types of beauty products are used for the skin. Natural ingredients cause less damage to the skin. That's why professionals use them. Aloe vera gel is applied to the skin.
