HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS PIZZA AT HOME

INTRODUCTION ;

                       Considered the most popular fast food around the world, pizza first appeared as a food for the poor in Italy. Later, with economic progress and the development of modern technology, pizza became a global food. Initially, flat breads were served with vegetables and condiments, and people called them pizza. Over time, restaurants have introduced many varieties of pizza and made everyone turn to pizza. The types of pizza were also divided according to the taste according to the countries such as Italian pizza, American pizza. There are many types of pizza. Tandoori Chicken Pizza, Sauce Pizza, Wheat Pizza, Cheese, Veg, Na Veg, Veg, Pasta Pizza and so on. Initially many people did not like the taste of pizza in India. After that, various types of pizzas were introduced with some changes to suit the Indian cuisine. It is worth noting that before the birth of pizza in Italy, many centuries lived on pizza-type food. It was common to eat this food in areas around the Mediterranean. VEG  PIZZA RECIPE ;

         REQUIRED  THINGS ;

  • Yeast – 1 ½ tsp
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Maida flour – 2 1/2 cups
  • Salt – required quantity
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Mixed vegetables – 1 cup
  • Pizza sauce – as needed
  • Grated cheese – 1 cup    

RECIPE ;

            First add 1 cup of warm water, yeast and sugar in a wide bowl and mix well.
Then, let this mixture soak for 5 minutes. The yeast will ferment and float to the top.

Next, add Maida flour, oil, salt to the vessel and mix it well with the soaked yeast water to form a chapatti dough.
Knead the dough properly for 10 minutes until soft.
Then, add a little oil on it, cover it with a wet cloth and let it soak for 2 hours.
Place the soaked dough on a plate and pat it into a circle.
Then generously spread the pizza sauce over it.
Now add chopped vegetables (mushroom, capsicum, onion, olives) as required.
Finally, sprinkle cheese over it and place it on the stand inside the cooker.
Cover the cooker again and let it cook for 20 minutes without whistling.
A scrumptious veggie pizza is ready.
CHICKEN PIZZA RECIPE ;

                  REQUIRED THINGS ;

  •   A quarter kilometer
  • A spoonful of yeast
  • A spoonful of sugar
  • Quarter cup oil
  • 50 grams of cheese
  • 100 grams of mushroom
  • Chicken quarter kg
  • An umbrella chili
  • Two tomatoes
  • B. One onion
  • Amount of salt
  • A spoon mix of herbs
  • Two spoons of ginger garlic paste
  • Half a cup of tomato sauce

 RECIPE ; 

           Cut the chicken into small pieces and add salt, ginger and garlic paste and fry and keep aside.  Cut the capsicum, mushroom, onion, tomato and sauté lightly with salt. Add salt, sugar, yeast, a spoonful of water to the Maida, knead it and let it soak for an hour. Lightly pat the soaked dough into a pizza shape with your hands and spread the tomato sauce liberally. Spread fried chicken, capsicum, mushroom, tomato, onion on it and grate cheese on it. Preheat the OTG for ten minutes, place the pizza inside and bake at 140 degrees for twenty minutes. Sprinkle the mixed herbs liberally on top of the takeout pizza.

 BREAD CHEESE PIZZA   RECIPE  ;

                 REQUIRED  THINGS ;

  • 4 bread
  • 2 Finely chop the onion
  • Finely chop 1 green capsicum
  • Finely chop 1 red capsicum
  • Finely chop 1 yellow capsicum
  • 2 Finely chop the tomatoes
  • 1/2 gaptakali sauce
  • A little bit of pizza cheese
  • Butter/oil
  • 1 tsp. chili flakes

 RECIPE ;

             Add onions, yellow tomatoes, salt and mix well. Then add some salt and sugar chili flakes along with the tomato sauce and mix well Then spoon only one side with the bread. Add the mixture over it and make it even. Then add pizza cheese and sprinkle chili flakes. After leaving butter/oil in the pan, put it one by one and cover it for 3 minutes. Take it when cooked well. Delicious Bread Pie Pizza is ready.

 PIZZA SAUCE RECIPE ;

            REQUIRED  THINGS ; 

  • 4 Tomatoes are non-sour
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 Vera Chili
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 6 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 spoon of oil, sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tablespoon pizza seasoning

RECIPE ;

       Make a small incision at the bottom of the tomato, boil the onion, tomato and chili for 5 minutes. After it cools down, remove the skin of the tomato and grind the onion, bell pepper and tomato into three quarters. Pour oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and grind paste and boil it. After it boils well, add sugar, pepper, salt and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes. A little thick is enough. If you have pizza seasoning add it last and the homemade pizza sauce is ready. Let it cool and keep it in the refrigerator for ten days.
