REQUIRED THINGS ;
- 1 cup roasted cauliflower
- 1/2 yellow chillies
- 1/2 green chillies
- 1 large onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 green chili
- 1 spoon tomato sauce
- 4 spoons of dark soy sauce
- 3 spoons of Chessman sauce
- Salt as needed
- A little onion leaf
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
RECIPE ;
First put oil in a pan and add green chillies, ginger and garlic and saute it. Once the onions are sauteed add all the sauces and saute it.. if needed you can add some salt in the sauce already there is salt in it so check and add it.. Once the sauce and vegetables are mixed together, add the cornflour dissolved in half a cup of water. Now add the fried cauliflower.. Finally add some onion leaves.. - Chicken marination
- 400 gram chicken
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
- 4 tablespoons of corn flour
- Chicken Manchurian Gravy
- 1 onion
- 1 capsicum
- 2 bananas
- 1 carrot
- 1 inch ginger
- 4 garlic cloves
- 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 8-10 onion leaves
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 cup of water
RECIPE ;
Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces. Add pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and let it soak for 45 minutes. Now add corn flour and let it soak again for 15 minutes Fry the chicken 90 percent and keep aside. Chop onion, capsicum, spring onion, carrot into small pieces. Chop or grate the ginger and garlic.Take a pan and add sesame oil, onion, carrot, capsicum, garlic and ginger and saute for 3 minutes. Now add onion and saute for 1 minute. Add vinegar, soy sauce, tomato sauce, pepper and saute again. Add the cornstarch and water to the pan. Add salt if required. Now add fried chicken pieces.Serve hot.PANEER MANCHURIAN RECIPE;

- 3 tbsp maida flour
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt as needed
- Amount of oil required for frying
- -4 cloves of garlic
- 1 green chili
- A little bit of curry leaves and coriander leaves
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce-
- -1 tsp chili sauce
- - 2 tsp Cauliflower Sauce

In a bowl, add corn flour, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce and water and mix well. In another bowl, add corn flour, maida, water, salt and pepper powder and mix to a thick consistency. Then place a frying pan in the oven, add the required amount of oil for frying and when it is hot, put the mushrooms in flour and fry them until golden brown and keep them in a separate plate. Then put a pan in the oven, pour some oil in it and when it is hot, add ginger and garlic and saute for a few seconds, then add spring onion and green chillies and saute for a few seconds. Then pour the prepared sauce mixture into it, add salt to taste and stir until it thickens. - 1/4 cup maida
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 1 spoon of chili powder
- 1 spoon garam masala powder

- Oil for frying
- 1 spoon ginger garlic paste

- 2 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 large onion
- 1 large chili
- 2 spoons of soy sauce
- 1 spoon red chili sauce
- 1 spoon tomato sauce
- 2 green chillies
- Onion leaves as needed
RECIPE ;
First put the baby corn in boiling water and keep it for 5 minutes after turning off the stove and then drain the water and cut it into small pieces. Mix maida flour, corn flour flour, chilli powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and salt in a bowl and mix well to form a batter. Add chopped baby corn and mix. Fry it in hot oil until golden brown Pour some oil in a pan and add chopped ginger garlic green chillies and saute for some time. Add chopped onions and chillies to it and saute lightly When everything is sauteed add all the sauce to it.. also add some water and boil it.. add salt to it and mix it.. take a spoon of corn flare and add some water and dissolve it well and pour it in boiling water. Once it starts to thicken a bit, add onion leaves and fried baby corn. Now hot delicious Baby Corn Manchurian is ready.TOFU MANCHURIAN RECIPE ;
