INDIAN STYLE GOBI RECIPES

gobiALOO  GOBI  BUTTER  MASALA

INGREDIENTS ;

Boiled rolls - 2 (large) 
Cauliflower - One cup 
Green peas - One cup 
Onion - One (finely chopped) 
Tomato - 2 (small) 
Oil  As  required
Salt as required - 
Butter or ghee as required - One teaspoon (optional) 
Seasoning :, ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 teaspoon 
cumin seeds - one teaspoon cardamom 
cloves - 3 
barks - one small piece of 
brinjal leaf - one 
coriander powder - one teaspoon 
turmeric powder - half teaspoon 
chili powder - 2 teaspoons 
cumin powder - one teaspoon 
garam masala powder - Take one tablespoon  

RECIPE ;

        Boiled potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Put the cauliflower in hot water and peel it into small florets.  Cut onion and tomato into small pieces.  Pour 3 teaspoons of oil in a frying pan and add curry powder, half teaspoon of chilli powder and salt and saute well.  Once brown, take it out on a plate.  In the same pan, again pour 3 tablespoons of oil and put potatoes in it, add half a teaspoon of chili powder and salt and fry well.  Once the yams are slightly crunchy, take them out on a plate.  Pour a teaspoon of oil in a pan and add green peas and fry well for 2 minutes.  If you want, you can deep fry all the vegetables by pouring a lot of oil.  Pour 2 tbsp of oil in a fry pan and add cumin seeds, brinjal leaves, bark, cardamom

      GOBI  MASALA   RECIPE 

INGREDIENTS ;

Cauliflower - 1 large flower 
Onion - 4 
Tomatoes - 3 
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp 
Chilli - 4 
Seasoning - Mustard, gram, crushed garlic, Coconut 
for grinding chickpeas 
- 1/4 cover 
Groundnuts - 2 handful 
Taniya - 1 handful 
Pepper - half tsp 
Vara Chilli - 6 
Garlic - One 
Bark - One Piece 
Clove - 4 

     RECIPE ;

Fry all the ingredients except coconut and garlic separately in a pan.  Peel the groundnuts and add water and grind them like flour.  Cut onions lengthwise and tomatoes into slices.  Separate cauliflower into florets and soak in hot water for 5 minutes.  Grind all the ingredients given for grinding in a mixer. Season the ingredients given for seasoning in oil.  Then add chopped onions and fry until golden brown.  Add ground paste, salt, turmeric powder, tomatoes and stir to separate the oil.  Then stir in the cauliflower and add water as needed and let it boil.  When the gravy is ready, sprinkle coriander and serve.      Delicious Gobi Masala is ready.  It can be eaten with sambar and rasam or mashed with plain rice.

 GOBI  PULAO  RECIPE ;

INGREDIENTS ;

Basmati Rice - 1 cup 
Cauliflower - 1 (spear and clean) Onion 
Green Chilli - 2 (can be added according to spiciness) 
Garlic - 5 cloves 
Ghee - 3 Tablespoon 
Bark  Cloves  Cardamom 
Pineapple Flower - 2 each 
Bronchi Leaves - 2 
Mint - A pinch 
of coriander - A pinch of 
salt - As required 

   RECIPE ;

          Slice the onion lengthwise thinly.  Finely chop coriander and mint.  Heat ghee in a cooker and add bark, cloves, cardamom, pineapple flower and brinjal leaves.  When they are fried, add onions, green chillies, garlic and mint.  Then add cauliflower and saute lightly.  Add required amount of water. When the water boils, add salt and rice.  When it comes to a good boil, add coriander and cover the cooker and remove when a whistle is heard.  When the steam subsides, open it and the pulao is ready. Goes great with curd tarts, dalma and gravy

          GOBI 65 RECIPE

INGREDIENTS ;

Cauliflower - one (half) 
ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp 
chickpea flour - 4 tsp 
single chilli powder - one tsp 
saffron powder - a little 
salt - required amount 
of oil -  required 
curry leaves for frying - twos 

  RECIPE 

          Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and add salt to it. Put it in boiling hot water for two minutes and then transfer it to another vessel and add ginger garlic paste, chickpea flour, salt, kesari powder and separate chilli powder.  Soak the mixture for ten minutes (with the addition of ginger and garlic).  Then pour oil in a pan and when it is hot, add cauliflower and fry it.   Finally fry the curry leaves in the same oil and add to the hot Gobi 65.      Gobi 65 is ready for hot taste.

            GOBI  MANCHURIAN  RECIPE 

INGREDIENTS ;

Cauliflower - One 
ginger paste - One tablespoon 
Garlic paste - One tablespoon 
Onion - One 
garlic - 10 cloves 
Maida flour - 150 gm (half cup) 
Salt - As required 
Tomato sweet sauce - 2 tablespoons 
Refined oil - Frying 

        RECIPE ;

                  Cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Cut it into pieces, put it in hot water mixed with rock salt for some time, clean it and take it.  Add maida flour, garlic paste and salt and dissolve in curd.  Dip the cleaned cauliflower pieces into the maida flour solution.  Put the pan in the oven and pour refined oil and when it is hot, add the cauliflower pieces kept in the maida flour solution and fry it.  Keep the fried pieces on a tissue paper.  Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.  Pour one tablespoon of refined oil in a wok, add chopped garlic and onions and saute when hot.  Add ginger paste and saute. Add the fried cauliflower pieces to it and stir.  Then add tomato sauce and stir.  When tomato sauce is added and stirred, it will change color well.  Delicious Gobi Manchurian is ready.  Serve with tomato sauce.  Serve as a starter at parties, or as an evening snack.

    EASY  GOBI  MANCHURIAN 

INGREDIENTS ;

Cauliflower – 1 big 
Onion – 1 
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp 
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp 
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp 
Oil – 2 tbsp 
Salt – 1 tbsp 
Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp 
Coriander – A little 

 RECIPE ; 

        First the Cauliflower Cut into big chunks.  Place a large pan on the stove and pour 1 tablespoon of oil in it.  When the oil dries, add the chopped cauliflower pieces.  After sauteing for 2 minutes, add chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt.  Add all together and mix well.  Then boil for 5 minutes.  Then add the tomato sauce.  Mix well with the sauce cauliflower and cook.  Now cut the onion into four parts.  After that separate the petals of the chopped onion.  Fry the separated onion in a small pan with the remaining oil.  After sauteing for a minute add it to the kali flower mixture.   Then mix everything and boil for 2 minutes.  Then sprinkle coriander and now delicious Easy Gobi Manchurian is ready.
