DIFFERENT TYPES OF IDLI RECIPES
IDLI  FLOUR  HONEY  POT 

INGREDIENTS ;

Idli Flour - One Cup 
Dry Rice Flour - 2 Cups 
Butter - 2 Tablespoons 
Cumin - One Tablespoon 
Salt - As Required (Idli Flour has salt in it) 
Oil - Frying 

RECIPE ; 

               All the above mentioned ingredients are needed to make Honey Pot. Keep it ready.  Add idli flour, rice flour, cumin, butter and required amount of salt in a bowl and knead it to make a dough.  Pour oil in a pan and after it dries, put the kneaded dough in a rolling press and squeeze it widely in the oil.  Keep until the ghee is cooked and the oil starts to sizzle.  Turn in between.  After that, when it turns golden brown, drain the oil.   Crunchy Idli batter Honeywell is ready.

  IDLI  MANCHURIAN

INGREDIENTS ; 

Idli - 6 
tomato ketchup - 1 cup 
red chili sauce - 1/4 cup finely 
chopped onion leaves 
1/2 cup 
soy sauce - 2 tsp 
corn flour - 1 tsp 
salt - as needed 
coriander leaves - little 
olive oil - 3 tbsp 
oil - for frying 

    RECIPE ;

                   Cut the idli into small pieces and keep it.  Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water.  Pour oil in a pan and when it boils well, put the chopped idli pieces in it and fry them.  Spread the fried pieces on a paper.  Heat olive oil in a pan and fry finely chopped onion and finely chopped onion.  Then stir in tomato ketchup and red chili sauce.  After that add corn flour solution, soy sauce, salt and stir and  when the mixture thickens a little, add the fried idli pieces and stir.  Italian Manchurian is ready.  Put it on a serving plate and sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve.  Idli can be sauteed instead of fried. 

     RAVA  IDLI  RECIPE ;

INGREDIENTS ; 

White semolina - 1 cup 
carrot - One (grated) 
big onion - One 
grated coconut - Few 
green chillies - 
Yogurt as per spiciness - 
Salt as required - Mustard as required - Uroom dale

RECIPE ; 

           Required - Chickpeas as required - Cashews as required - Necessary quantity of mustard for seasoning - Necessary quantity of urad dal - Necessary quantity of chickpeas - Necessary quantity of cashew nuts - Necessary quantity of recipe Grate the carrot, only add green chillies separately and grind them in a mixer according to the spiciness. Finely chop the onion. Put the pan in the oven and add the spices, then add the chopped onions, ground green chillies and saute till the smell goes away. Once fried well, add semolina and fry for 5 minutes. Then let all the fried things cool down, after cooling add curd, salt and mix it into idli batter. Put grated coconut and carrot in an idli plate and pour this batter over it and cook it like an idli. Delicious Rava Idli is ready. Coconut chutney is a good combination for this.

VEGETABLE  OATMEAL  IDLI 

INGREDIENTS ;

Oats - One cup 
wheat semolina - One cup 
finely chopped carrots, beans, peas, collards - One cup 
ginger - Small pieces of 
green chillies - 2 
chopped coriander leaves - Some 
curd - One cup 
salt -  Required

    RECIPE ;

           Mustard to taste, Add urad dal, chickpea dal, cashews, curry leaves, oil  prepared  semolina, oats, curd and mix them with salt to form idli batter.  Add oil to the pan and season the ingredients. Add the chopped nuts to it and saute it and mix it with the flour mixture.  Pour the mixed batter into the idli plate and boil for 10 minutes.   Serve with coriander chutney.
                                    Delicious Vegetable Oat Idli is ready.

 VEGETABLE  PASIPHAE  IDLI

INGREDIENTS ; 

Sprouted Pasiphae - 1 cup 
boiled rice - 2 tbsp gram 
flour - 1 tbsp 
finely chopped vegetables - 1/2 cup 
green chillies - 2 
ginger - 1 piece 
chopped coriander - 2 tbsp 
salt - as required. 

    RECIPE  ;

              Let both the rice and lentils soak for an hour and after soaking, add green chillies and ginger and grind it a bit coarsely. Add vegetables, salt and coriander to it and mix well.  Oil-free food is really good for the heart. Instead of oiling the idli plate and pouring the batter, it is even better if you make this idli with a cloth.        Delicious  vegetable  pasiphae idli is ready.

   VEG  IDLI  RECIPE 

INGREDIENTS ;

Idli Flour - 3 Cups 
Carrot - 2 
Onions - One 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp 
Chili Powder - 1 tsp 
Tomato - 2 
Salt - 1/4 tsp 

RECIPE ;

Peel the onion and chop finely.  Grate the carrot.  Finely chop the tomatoes.  Pour 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and when it dries, add onion and fry until golden.  Add chopped tomatoes and salt and saute for 2 minutes.  After that add grated carrot, turmeric powder and chilli powder and fry.  Take idli batter in a bowl and add this sauteed mixture to it and mix well.  Heat an idli pot with water, grease an idli plate with oil and pour a spoonful of batter into the idli pot and steam it. Idli is very delicious to eat with sambar.    Delicious Veg Idli is ready. 
                      Delicious Peas  masala  idli is ready. 

            PEAS  MASALA  IDLI 

INGREDIENTS ; 

Idli flour - 1 cup 
tomatoes - finely chopped 1 
small onion - 4 
green peas - half a cup (cut into 2 or 3 pieces) 
gram flour - ground 
coriander leaves 
for seasoning 
- little 
chilli powder - 4 teaspoons 
turmeric powder - add 
salt if desired - Finely chop 

   RECIPE ;

         The required amount of onion. Grind the given ingredients very finely. Pour oil in a pan and fry the onion after some time. When it turns golden brown, add tomatoes and saute well. After frying well add the ground mixture and fry until the green smell goes away and add peas to it. Add water if needed. Then add coriander leaves and let cool. After it cools down, add it to the idli batter. Serve hot with tomato chutney after 10 minutes.
